i. Spitting on the walls, floors, pillars or door of the college is strictly prohibited.

ii. Students should not loiter on the verandah, when they have no classes to attend. They should not distrub the other classes.

iii.Students are warned against handling bicycles or other vehicles which are not their own.

iv. Misbehaviour of college students at Football, Volleyball, Cricket or other matches will be regarded as a breach of college discipline.

v. Students shall not leave the hall or room in the midst of any of the college meetings unless it is absolutely necessary.

vi. Students should stand in queue while waiting for payment of their tuition fees or for any other purpose.

vii.Students are warned against tampering with the light and fan switches. viil Scribbling, pasting placards, posters and other papers or otherwise disfiguring college walls or paths is strictly prohibited.

viii. Students are advised to meet the Principal after obtaining his permission only in urgent cases.

ix. Students should not ordinarily enter the college office.

x.All applications of grievances should be handed over to the Head Clerk of the college who will put up them to place before the grievance redressing cell.

xi. No club or society should be started or maintained in the college and no function should be organised without the . approval of the Principal. •

xii. Scholarships may be withdrawn at any time if the progress or conduct of the scholar is unsatisfactory.

GRANT OF ANNUAL CERTIFICATE:

The Certificate shall not be granted unless the student has completed the course of Institution to the satisfaction of the authorities of the College and his/her progress and conduct have been satisfactory.

SEMINAR ACTIVITIES :

In order to develop academic qualities among honours students seminar meetings are held regularly where a student or a member of staff presents paper followed by discussion over the topic.

PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATIONAL TOUR:

As part of course curriculum educational tour is DD conducted as and when necessary by respective departments out of the fund raised by the students. Participating students are required to submit a tour report with concerned H.O.D.s.

ISSUE OF TC/CLC/MARKSHEET :

All kinds of certificates marksheets, TC/CLC shall ordinarily be issued on the second day of the application . However, those may be issued on urgent basis on the same day on payment of an urgent fee.

ISSUE OF DUPLICATE TC/CLC  :

When an original certificate is lost by an ex-student, a duplicate TC/CLC may be issued on application by the candidate by paying penal fine of Rs. 200/- and on production of an affidavit in any court of law and on an undertaking by both the student and his/her guardian in the specified proforma. In case of theft/loss/destruction of original certificate, the matter should be reported to the police station by the candidate and an endorsement by the candidate as well as an endorsement be obtained from O.I.C., police station and be attached to the application.
